Not necessarily a review, but a call for assistance

A friend and I are in the process of developing a PC game right now and we're in the process of trying to find people who would be willing and able to help us out with this game. The biggest and most immediate thing that we need at the moment are beta testers to help us find bugs and give feedback on the gameplay for this specific game. In the longer run, we're going to be looking for people to help us continue to build an indie game development company. There are two positions that we need at this current time. The first is a graphic/pixel artist to help out with the animations. The second thing that we're going to need another programmer. Both will be called on in the future for future projects.
